| What is Cosmic Energy? | ||||||||||

It is a mysterious natural force that governs the cosmos, following a constant order and changing periodically in a closed end cycle. It interacts with all lives in the universe and affects them in many different ways. Those who are favorably affected have good luck; those who are negatively affected have bad luck. Bottom line: It determines our destiny! A few ancient Chinese sages had discovered the cosmic order and recorded it in the Chinese perpetual lunar calendars. This well-kept secret in China was first introduced to the western world by the author in 1997, in her book: THE PATH TO GOOD FORTUNE: THE MENG. Included in the appendix of the book are 80 years of lunar calendars translated into English. As a product of the cosmic flows, the energy system within each of us also changes periodically over our life course. Its basic pattern together with its changes over time can be mapped out through a procedure developed by a Chinese sage. It is called the Meng or the four Pillars. This procedure is explained in the same book, open to readers who are serious about lives, determining to make a difference. The grand cosmic energy system and our personal cosmic system constantly interact with each other, resulting ups and downs in our daily life. |

Our cosmic energy by birth determines our endowments, strength and limitation; they consequently affect the nature and magnitude of our achievements and the course of our lives. A close analysis of individual energy system would reveal the composition and structure of the energy, its problem spots, or the missing link for its maximum performance. It also allows us to target the zenith and the bottom of our life, enabling us to go with the flow to take advantage of the high tide and preserve our precious energy at low points. |

Theories and formulas of this procedure (known as The Meng or 4-Pillars) have been tested over the enormous Chinese population over a huge territory for more than a thousand years. The outcome is growing popularity. Its validity is universal; it was proven by experiments over numerous individuals born outside China in distinctively different categories, over vast territories of the globe, during the last 20 years. Lily Chung has a Ph. D. in urban geography from University of Minnesota, and a BA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. For almost 20 years, she has studied cosmic energy (requiring good geography knowledge to be proficient) and authored 3 books on the subject. Having workshops in Europe, Canada and mostly in California, with Bay Area as her home base, she has used the procedure helping thousands of people over the world. She has held a radio talk show in the Bay Area and a regular column in Asian Week, California Property, Chinese Times and articles published in other feng shui journals. |
